Brilliant idea. Now that wooden and plastic cotton reels are gradually going something was needed to stop threads from tangling up. The old style reels all had a tiny slit to pull the thread through to keep it tidy. The spool wraps do the same job and are such cheerful colours. Thanks to whoever invented them.
