We are an Aussie small business, located in Townsville, North Queensland.

We use Australia Post. Subscriptions are posted on the 15th of each month (or the next business day). All other orders are posted within 3 days of your order being received.

Each box will contain a selection of fabric - it might be a fat quarter pack, a panel and some coordinates, a jelly roll or charm pack - it will vary. You’ll also receive a great tool or notion, as well as a couple of consumable-type items - needles, thread, rotary cutter blades.

No, but if you have subscribed to a 6 or 12 month subscription, you have committed to pay for the full period of that subscription. You can skip months during your subscription, but you are committed to that subscription period.

Yes, absolutely! Choose the length of subscription and enter your billing address, but the recipients postal address.

If you are on a month to month plan, you can cancel anytime. If you agree to a 6 or 12 month subscription, you need to stay for the full commitment period. We do not do refunds on the already sent box. To cancel or manage your subscription, log into your account here.
